you are not satisfied, you may return your purchased product for a refund within 14 days of delivery, providing
that the product is unopened, sealed and remains in its original condition.
To return an IYLAH product, or to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via our
contact page or by emailing email@example.com. Returns will only be accepted by way of this procedure, as we cannot guarantee the safety of the fragrance bottles, gift sets and accessories with service providers who are not IYLAH approved couriers. When the product has been received and confirmed, we can then issue a refund or offer an exchange, providing the return meets our conditions for resale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been used, altered or damaged in any way. In the unlikely event if a item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service via contact page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a delivery for the missing item.
If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged during delivery or one that appears to be faulty,
please contact us (using our contact page or by emailing email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your
order. Returns and dealings of this nature are at the discretion of Iylah Management.
In the event of a suspected issue with your order, we advise that you do not discard any packaging or product
before you have spoken to the team here at Iylah. Discarding information, packaging or products may
affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
