How do I select my signature scent? 

Selecting a scent is a very personal choice which resonates with your memories, personal experiences and life acquaintances. We recommend you read our fragrance description listed next to each fragrance and chose one best suited to you. Can I try before I buy?

Yes! Please visit our sample page, where you will be presented with a small questionnaire to fill out. Once you have filled this out you will receive a response within 48 hours, if successful you will receive a free sample! Alternatively check out our gift set which contains all 5 of our bespoke fragrances in travel size bottles carefully placed in our luxury gift box. Please visit our sample page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/ debit cards including but not limited to VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

How long does the fragrance last?

As it is a EAU DU PARFUM the smell will tend to last between 4-6 hours. To optimise the scent we advise applying it to the body's heat spots which include the inner wrists, behind your ears, base of your throat, cleavage and inner elbows. The perfume will react with the heat and emit fragrance throughout the day. 

What are the delivery and shipping charges?

If your item is ordered before 12pm we aim to get your item shipped the same day. It will be sent by Royal Mail/MyHermes. Delivery will take between 2-4 working days. All orders under £100 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of £3.99, however if the order is over £100 enjoy free shipping on us! For more information please visit our delivery page.

How do I track my order?

A unique tracking number and courier link will be sent to you via email and text. Please use the link given to enter  your tracking number. If you face any issues please contact Iylah Ltd where one of our representatives will be happy to help.
